1. What aarotrade.com is

aarotrade.com is a non-custodial web interface to permissionless smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. We never hold your funds, keys, or tokens. Every launch, trade, and claim is a transaction you sign from your own wallet and execute on-chain; we cannot reverse, block, or modify on-chain activity.

aarotrade.com is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc.or any of its subsidiaries. References to "Robinhood Chain" describe the underlying public blockchain network only.

2. Content policy

Users create the tokens listed here — their names, tickers, descriptions, images, and links. By submitting content through this site you represent that you own it or have the right to use it. The following are prohibited:

· Content that uses a third party's trademark, brand identity, logo, trade dress (including distinctive brand colors), or copyrighted material without authorization — in particular the identity of any financial-services or cryptocurrency company.
· Content that impersonates a real person or company, or uses their name or likeness without authorization.
· Phishing, wallet-drainer lures, or any content designed to deceive users into surrendering credentials, keys, or funds.

We enforce this policy with automated pre-launch checks and ongoing review. Because the underlying contracts are permissionless, we cannot delete a token from the blockchain — but we may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove any token, image, or link from the surfaces we operate (the board, search, rankings, previews, and hosted imagery). Rights holders can report infringing content via the X account linked in the footer; verified reports are actioned promptly.

3. Risk disclosure

Memecoins are extremely high-risk. Prices can go to zero. Liquidity positions are locked by contract design, but nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or investment advice, and nothing about any token listed here is endorsed or vetted by aarotrade.com. Do your own research; never risk funds you cannot afford to lose. Trading fees (1% per swap, split between the token's creator and the platform) are set by the on-chain contracts.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aarotrade.com and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of the site, the underlying contracts, user-created tokens, or third-party content — including losses from bugs, network failures, or content we did or did not moderate.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
